4. Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data

Management of the organization’s customer relationships. Collected personal data may be used for marketing purposes within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act. The data will not be disclosed. The data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.

The data stored in the register is obtained from the customer, for example, from messages sent using www forms, by email, by telephone, through social media services, from contracts, customer meetings and other situations in which the customer provides their data.

Information about contact persons of companies and other organizations can also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services and other companies.

7. Regular disclosure of data and transfer of data outside the EU or EEA

Data is not routinely disclosed to other parties. Data may be published to the extent agreed with the customer.

8. Principles of register protection

The register is handled with care and the data processed using information systems is protected appropriately. When register data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their equipment is appropriately taken care of. The controller ensures that the stored data, as well as the access rights to the servers and other information critical to the security of personal data, are handled confidentially and only by employees whose job description requires it.

9. Right of inspection and right to demand correction of data

Every person in the register has the right to check their data stored in the register and to demand correction of any incorrect data or completion of incomplete data. If a person wishes to check the data stored about them or to request a correction, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. The controller may, if necessary, ask the person making the request to prove their identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time limit set out in the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).

10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person in the register has the right to request that personal data concerning them be deleted from the register (“right to be forgotten”). Data subjects also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the restriction of the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the controller. The controller may, if necessary, ask the person making the request to prove their identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time limit set out in the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).

11. Use of cookies

We use the so-called cookie function on our website. A cookie is a small text file that is sent to and stored on the user’s computer, which enables the website administrator to recognize frequent visitors to the website, make it easier for visitors to log in to the website, and enable the compilation of aggregated information about visitors. This feedback allows us to continuously improve the content of our website. Cookies do not harm users’ computers or files. We use them so that we can offer our customers information and services that meet their individual needs.
